Project Management

–       Manage the end-to-end delivery of corporate office, retail, business park, and mixed-use development projects—from initial planning and stakeholder engagement to execution, completion, and handover.

–       Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, cost consultants, legal advisors, procurement teams, facility managers, sustainability consultants, local authorities, and end-users to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery.

–       Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

–       Implement sustainable building practices (e.g., LEED, BREEAM certifications).
